Happy as a bat in a cave.

Well..I have a nice plump bed, so I won't have to hang upside down from the rafters thankfully.
We are pretty fatigued as it's been a long long and a little teeny bit stressed and hurried from time to time...but now here we are in this unbelievable beauty, in this wonderful cave. 
We had a brilliant meal at a restaurant in Ambroise..what a place.  Cannot wait to check it out tomorrow and find out all the history.  Having a well earned glass of the old vin rougue and a beer for the Badger...
It's been warm and sunny and a joy to sit in the garden for a little while before the sun set.
It was sad to say goodbye to the UK today..but another chapter of this adventure began today.
